How to Make an Appointment
Appointments may be booked in several ways:
Online
Patients can book appointments up to 4 weeks in advance using online services.
By Phone
Patients can book an appointment by calling reception on 020 7616 2900.
In Person
Patients can visit the surgery and book an appointment with the receptionist.
We aim to provide the best access we can for our patients. If you have any questions or suggestions please ask a member of staff or ask to speak to the practice manager.
Advance Booking:
Bookable up to 1 month ahead, these provide choice and flexibility as to when and by whom you are seen. If these appointments are filled on a particular day the receptionist will look for an acceptable alternative.
A number of theses appointments are available to book online.
On the day (Urgent only):
We hold back a number of emergency ‘on the day’ appointments.
These are for medical emergencies that could not wait until the next pre-bookable appointment.
These are available as telephone consultations also.
At such short notice there is much less flexibility over the doctor that you see and time of the appointment.
Emergency consultations are not to request letters, sick notes or request repeat prescriptions. The doctor will ask you to return with a pre-booked appointment.
Telephone Consultations:
You can book telephone appointments with our GPs in advance for various issues such as ongoing medical problems, medication changes, blood test results, investigation results and many other things to save time and your journey.
